Plain English. No surprises.
When you run an evaluation, the AI system you submit (your prompt, agent definition, workflow, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's API to be analyzed. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models, so nothing you paste is used to train any AI.
We do not store your full submission. We keep only a short title (the first line or so, to label it in your history) and the resulting report — and both are visible only to you.
Your submissions and reports are never sold, shared, or handed to third parties. They're yours. Each account can only ever see its own reports — enforced at the database level.
You can download any report (as a Markdown file) and delete any report from your history at any time. Deleting a report removes it permanently.
We store your email to run your account and your evaluation-credit balance. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
If we ever want to use submissions to improve the product (for example, to refine how the tester scores), that would be strictly opt-in, with clear consent — never silent, never default.
